Chickpeas or lentils?
Two legumes that take turns on the plate. The choice is more about the kitchen than nutrition.

Who wins at what
Lentils cook fast with no soaking and have a bit more protein. Chickpeas are firmer and more versatile (hummus, roasted, salad) and also fiber-rich. Either one, several times a week, is a win.
