Sugar or honey?
Honey gets a “more natural” halo, but in the end both are sugar. The difference is smaller than the marketing suggests.

Who wins at what
Honey has a touch fewer calories per gram and sweetens more (you use less), plus traces of antioxidants. But your body treats both as sugar — moderation matters for both. Never give honey to babies under 1.
